It cost $5 per personto pass through the gates of RCAA and enter the sidelines of rock crawling action at this year's event. Formerly, as we remember it to be at last year's Johnson Valley event, it was $10 per vehicle load. You can cram a lot of your buddies in the back of an old CJ.

If you're too cheap to pay the gate fee as I certainly would be, there are ways around it for those adventurous and resourceful Rock Heads. For those who choose to take one of the many routes, I recommend donating your share to the BlueRibbon Coalition. They are the ones fighting to keep our lands free of the closures and continually fighting the liberal-minded eco-nazis.
