Alamo, CA - Jason Scherer was born with the genes and surroundings of what it takes to become a championship rockcrawler. He has been on and around the rocks since he was a child and has been driving a rock crawling rig since he was 15. Jason has long aspired to become a professional rock crawler because watching just wasn't enough. So, he stepped behind the wheel of a race machine 5 years ago and has never looked back. Some people have described him as "unstoppable." Others claim a world class machine has finally hit the rocks of America. The 2005 UROC Professional Rock Crawling Series started out great for Rage 4th Racing. With their new Nelson & Nelson custom built "moon buggy," also known as "Tiny," Rage 4th Racing captured a second place trophy in the first UROC Pro-National Series competition of the season. A huge accomplishment for such a young team. "I want to thank the whole Rage 4th Race team for working so hard to get going before the first event. Without these guys we wouldn't be where we are today. And a special thanks goes out to the Mello family for everything they do," commented Scherer.
Alamo, CA - Aaron has had racing on his mind and in his blood since birth. He has been an active rock crawler for more than half of his life. His abililty to leap tall buildings in a single climb and lift the entire world on his shoulders isn't such a negative trait either. For years, Aaron has engineered and fabricated rock rigs with many rock crawling friends. Aaron started with Rage 4th Racing just helping out in the shop, working on the car and demonstrating his dedication. Soon afterwards he was asked to work as a spotter for top young gun, Jason Scherer. In the first professional rock crawl event they competed in the team was victorious claiming first place. Since then, this young team has been on a raging on the rocks of the dirt nation.
