BILSTEIN 7:00 P.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: The Baja 500 begins tomorrow morning at 5:30 a.m. with the Kings of the Baja single track, Johnny Campbell & Steve Hengeveld riding into the Baja desert once again as they push towards another win in Baja. Once the quads and motorcycles are off, you can expect the SCORE Trophy Trucks and Class 1's to be pushing the limits of off-road desert racing in search of one of the greatest titles in off-road racing history, the Baja 500. The ORC staff is moving locations from contingency row to the start/finish line in the next couple hours. However, full coverage will commence beginning at 7:00 a.m. as we receive the first split times from this historic race. Stay tuned for this epic action to unfold as the Baj 500 begins tomorrow live from Ensenada, Baja California.
 
BILSTEIN 6:00 P.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: The crowd continues to walk the contingency rows, however, most Baja 500 racers have completed contigency. With the likes of Dan Smith/Dave Ashley, Ryan Arciero/Mark Miller, Scott Steinberger/Jesse Jones, Alan Pfleuger, the Knuckles Crew, Johnny Campbell/Steve Hengeveld and more..it was a complete epic day. The crowds swelled to maximum capacity and the Ensenada police kept everything in check. This was another wild epic adventure on contingency row at the Baja 500 in Ensenada, Baja California.

BILSTEIN 5:00 P.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: As the day winds down, Ensenada's downtown Baja 500 Contingency Row is still rocking as the fastest off-road racers in the world push their off-road vehicles down contingency row. The Terrible's 250 in Henderson Crew has been sensored by SCORE for wild fun behavior. Life at the Baja 500 continues as the contingency row pounds towards the final day before the epic race, The Baja 500. The long day has taken it's toll on many spectators as well as vendors alike. The crew from SCORE's Terrible 250 is spent after a full day in the crowd, although the Baja 500 racers continue to roll through tech/contingeny as they ready themselves for a huge race day tomorrow in the harshest terrain in North America.
 
BILSTEIN 4:00 P.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: The SCORE-International Baja 500 is still on fire at contingency row here in downtown Ensenada. The baddest off-road desert racers in the world are prepared to tackle the toughest terrain in North America tomorrow morning as the epic Baja 500 goes off once again. Contingency Row is well under way.

BILSTEIN 3:00 P.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: The Tecate Crew arrived filled with refreshments and served the contingency sponsors and racers with icy cold road sodas. HomeyBull was in action and Brent Parkhouse (Tecate Sponsored Racer) received the honary kiss from the Tecate Princess. It's epic wild nearly out of control on contingency row as the SCORE Baja 500 goes off in Ensenada, Baja California. Stay tuned for some wild action from the front lines of the Baja 500 contingency row.
 
BILSTEIN 2:00 P.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: Only in Baja can the fiesta turn more wild than you could ever imagine. Friends and racers have invaded the Off-Road.com pits here at contingency. Dern is buying the beer, Wes is recieving kisses from the hotties, and the Toyota Crew is thumbs up. Brent Parkhouse, Tecate sponsored Baja 500 racer, has the Tecate Girls smiling and laughing, and ORC's famous Rick Sieman has arrived to contingency teaching rookies about motorcycle life in Baja.
 
 
BILSTEIN 12:00 NOON BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: In this standing room only atmosphere, it's difficult for ORC staffers to even get through the huge crowds here in downtown Ensenada. The carnival atmosphere is epic as the fastest off-road racers in the world push their vehicles through the world reknown SCORE Baja 500 contingency and tech inspection.

SCORE TERRIBLE'S 250- HENDERSON, NEVADA: SCORE presents the Terrible's 250 on July 9-12, 2003 in the beautiful city of Henderson, Nevada. Head to Henderson for wild racing.
 
BILSTEIN 11:00 A.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: The contingency line is long as the refreshment line at the Tecate Beer stand. The world's toughest off-road desert racers are preparing to pass through inspection as the off-road desert racing crowds invade this small seaside town. There is standing room only here at contingency as the tradition of the Baja 500 continues to rock the Baja Peninsula.
 
BILSTEIN 10:00 A.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: The first truck and car through the Baja 500 Contingency was Gus Vildosola/Rob McCachren and, Gus Jr. in the Mexicana Logistics Trophy Truck and the Mexicana Logistics Score-Lite buggy. Expect Gus & Rob to put the hammer down on the Mexicana Logistics Trophy Truck and capture his second trophy in a row here in the SCORE Desert Racing Series.
Race vehicles are rolling through contingency row and the 700+ horsepower engines are pounding the pavement as they thump by the heavy crowds here in downtown Ensenada.
THE FIESTA HAS BEGUN AT THE BAJA 500
 
BILSTEIN 9:00 A.M. BAJA 500 RACING UPDATE
Ensenada, Baja California: The Baja 500 fiesta in downtown Ensenada has kicked off underneath a layer of cool gray clouds here on this small town nestled on the Pacific Coast. The usual cast of characters are here at the Baja 500 contingency including one of Baja's most legendary King's of the Desert, "Coco." He drove in from the famous Coco's Corner situated between Bahia de Gonzaga and Bahia de Los Angeles with truck load of Coco's Corner t-shirts. As the Team ORC arrived to contingency, we were greeted with the non-stop excitement associated with this Baja Peninsula legend.
The Tecate Girls have also arrived after a long night of performances out at the Horsepower Ranch, located approximately 9 kilometers outside of Ensenada. The likes Malcolm Smith, Bruce Meyers, Bilstein's Doug Robertson, and Ron Bishop rubbed elbows with Ivan "Ironman" Stewart and Larry Ragland as the Baja Legacy Fiesta Celebration raged on the mountain all night long. TECATE GIRLS ARRIVE TO CONTINGENCY: The ladies of the Tecate Brewing Company arrived to the contingency after a short night's sleep. They entertained the legends of Baja last night at Horsepower Ranch.
Here this morning, SCORE-International's Sal Fish is working hard as he prepares for his 30th Baja 500 here on the peninsula. Contingency is a hustle of mayhem as vendors and sponsors line up and prepare themselves for the onslaught of crowds rolling into downtown Ensenada.
