September 27th 2002 Friday

11am: Vendor/sponsor set-up
1pm: Check in and vehicle tech inspection, at Donner Ski Ranch main parking lot.
6pm-8pm: Dinner at the Lodge, Donner Ski Ranch, $10.95 per person (steak, chicken, or rib dinner).
8pm: Close check in and tech inspection.
8:30pm: Video Premiere, Madness at Moon Rocks, Reno event, at the Lodge Donner Ski Ranch.

September 28th 2002 Saturday

7am: Last chance check in and tech inspection.
8am: Drivers meeting.
8am: Spectators gate opens.
9am: Competition begins.
6pm-8pm: Dinner at the Lodge, Donner Ski Ranch, $10.95 per person (steak, chicken, or rib dinner).

September 29th 2002 Sunday

8am: Drivers meeting.
3pm-4pm: Projected end of competition.
Awards ceremony: Within 1 hour after end of competition.

Note: Dinner will include: Corn on the Cob, Beans, Roll, Green Salad. Please e-mail Rich, if you plan on having dinner on either night.
