Engine:
Hydraulic clutch like the full size KTMs

Exhaust pipe

• New tuning.
• Completely mounted on the right side.
• New muffler with removable end cap.

Suspension:
USD Marzocchi Front Forks

• Front fork is forged, not cast.
• New triple clamps.
• Adjustable handlebar clamps.
• Larger front axle.

Rear Shock absorber (WP)

• Increased shaft travel.
• Compression and rebound are externally adjustable.

Chassis:
New frame

• Material is the same as the larger motorcycles (chromium-molybdenum).
• Aluminum removable sub frame.

New bodywork

• Adapted from 50 L/C design. TM signature front fender design.

Brakes

• Front brake caliper, now four (4)piston.
• Rear brake caliper, same as 2001.
