June 12, 2002 - KNIGHT LINE PRODUCTS INC. NAMED NEW U.S. HUSABERG MOTORCYCLE DISTRIBUTOR

In a joint communication, Jon-Erik Burleson, President of Husaberg USA, Inc. and Heinz Sittenauer, President of Husaberg Motor AB Sweden, announced today that Husaberg USA, Inc. has reached an agreement whereby Don Knight of Knight Line Products Inc. will take over the distribution of Husaberg motorcycles in the United States. This agreement covers distribution of all Husaberg motorcycles, spare parts, and aftermarket equipment. Husaberg manufactures a series of high performance, lightweight competition 4-stroke motorcycles at its manufacturing facility in Rofors, Sweden.

When the transition is complete, Knight Line Products Inc. will take over all dealer and distributor responsibilities in the United States, which include the current dealer agreement contracts with the existing Husaberg dealer network.

Knight, formerly the Gas Gas Motorcycle Distributor for the United States has had a great deal of experience in the motorcycle industry, Husaberg customers and Husaberg dealers will benefit enormously from Knight's attention and dedication to the product line.

This agreement will allow the staff and resources of Husaberg USA,Inc. to be redirected to KTM Sportmotorcycle USA, Inc to support the rapidly growing KTM business.

The new U.S. offices for Husaberg will be located in the Knight Line Inc. offices in Cleveland, Mississippi.
