Kyle LeDuc didn't let off the gas in Mexico, as he swept another weekend of races in the Pro 4 class.

With summer in full swing, the Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series shook things up for the 2015 season by heading just south of the border for its first race in Baja California, Mexico. Racers and teams crossed the border for racing on a track at Ensenada’s Estero Beach Resort for Rounds 11 and 12, exposing Mexican racing fans to another form of off-road racing.

Not everyone had a blast in Mexico this past weekend.

After qualifying laps were laid down in all glasses, racing got underway for Round 11 racing. The Pro 2 class saw Bryce Menzies kick off the weekend with a victory in the class after holding off Rob MacCachren and Brian Deegan, who finished in second and third respectively. For Round 12, multi-class racer RJ Anderson took the victory in the super-competitive class. MacCachren was consistent again with another second-place finish, while Robby Woods earned his first podium of the year in Pro 2.

The racing in Pro 4 was a familiar story we’ve seen for much of the season, as Kyle LeDuc wrapped up another weekend sweep in the class. LeDuc has won every round this year expect for one (the first race of the year). Barring DNFs in the final rounds, LeDuc appears to be on his way to defending his 2014 Pro 4 Championship. At Round 11, Bryce Menzies was able to hold off Rob MacCachren to earn the silver. At Round 12, MacCachren was able to finish in second place ahead of Menzies at the final Pro 4 race of the weekend. The win gave MacCachren four podium spots in four races over the weekend.

Brandon Arthur took the win in Pro Lite at Round 11, and he followed up the victory with a second-place finish at Round 12.

In the packed Pro Lite class, Brandon Arthur emerged victorious at Round 11. Brock Heger finished in second place in the class, while RJ Anderson rounded out the podium in third. Anderson was able to rebound at Round 12 to earn the victory ahead of Brandon Arthur and Casey Currie, who finished in second and third respectively.

RJ Anderson took the Pro Lite (shown) and Pro 2 win at Round 12.

Kevin McMullough swept the Pro Buggy class at Estero Beach this past weekend.

Kevin McMullough has a great weekend in Ensenada, as he swept the Pro Buggy class both days in route to back-to-back victories. Mike Valentine finished in second place at Round 11, with Darren “Hot Sauce” Hardesty finishing in third. At Round 12, Eliott Watson earned the second-place finish, while Mike Valentine rounded out the podium in third.
