Carl Renezeder and Rob MacCachren battled to the finish, with Renezeder edging out MacCachren in the end for the win – and a clean sweep for Saturday.

The Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series kicked off yesterday in Surprise, Arizona, for the Rounds 11 and 12 at the Speedworld Off-Road Park. The sun was out and shining in the Arizona desert, reminding spectators and racers that summer isn’t done with us yet. The points battles are tight, and the racing at Speedworld was even tighter for Round 11. With familiar faces earning victories in Arizona, there were also two first-time winners in Arizona. Here are some racing highlights from racing at Round 11.

Cameron Steele took his first win in Pro Buggy over Jerry Whechel and Larry Job.

Matt Loiodice (#20) took third place in Pro Lite on Saturday. \

Brandon Ward took his first win in Super Lite. Brandon is the son of former Supercross champion Jeff Ward.

Kyle LeDuc took third place in Pro 4 on Saturday in Surprise, AZ.

The action on track got pretty hairy on the track, as here Robbie Pierce catches some dirt just off the track.
