Daniel, Berri Fastest at BITD Bluewater Desert Challenge Qualifying
For the fourth year we return to Parker, Arizona, for the Best int the Desert Bluewater Desert Challenge. Historically this race has been known for its wide-open, no-holds-barred, door-to-door-style racing held on a 25-mile course. It is pure, unadulterated racing at its best.
Yesterdays qualifying set the tone for what will unfold over the weekend. In Trick Truck Josh Daniel took the pole position for the first time in his twin-turbocharged 1000hp Trick Truck. Number one qualifier! Daniel said after earning the top spot. Thank you to my guys and sponsors for getting us here!
Behind Daniel sits the current Trick Truck points leader and last years Champion Jason Voss and short course superstar Kyle Leduc.
In class 1500 it was The Qualifier Sam Berri in the top starting position followed by rock-crawling ace Shannon Campbell in his Ultra 4 car. Justin Lofton finished in the third spot.
Stay tuned for our coverage over the weekend.
