The final race of the 2014 BITD season ramped up with qualifying for starting positions for this weekend’s Henderson 250. Once again, it was Dale Dondel who was fastest on the qualifying loop in Trick Truck, besting Josh Daniel in second and Shawn Croll in the third-place spot.
Following the top three Trick Truck finishers was the first of the unlimited buggies with Justin Lofton in fourth overall and CJ Hutchens in fifth to round out the top five. This is Lofton’s last race in the unlimited buggy class, as he will be taking on the Trick Truck class next season.
Finishing just out of the top five was Dave Sproule who landed in the sixth spot, while the points leader Jason Voss finished into the seventh position. Voss, last year’s Trick Truck Champion, only needs to start the race to seal up his second consecutive Trick Truck Championship.
Race day is this Saturday, so stay tuned for more here on Off-Road.com.
