MacCachren, Hart Earn Bosch Power Pass Awards for Bark River

Jul. 20, 2010 By Press Release

CRANDON, Wis. – Rob MacCachren may not have won the Traxxas TORC Series Presented by AMSOIL PRO 2WD race in Bark River, Mich., but his late-race surge to the runner-up spot did earn him the Bosch Power Pass of the Race.

The award, given to a PRO driver after each round, was given to Marty Hart in the PRO Lights class after he advanced from deep in the field to first on the first lap. He would go on to win the Rd. 4 race.

MacCachren and Hart both receive the Bosch Power Box 360, a music machine that isn’t your average boombox. Inside its rugged aluminum and rubber roll case, the 360 packs full 360-degree speakers for all-around sound, a weather-sealed media bay for an iPod, a powered USB port for charging cell phones, MP3 and WMA support for the SD card slot, external auxiliary ports, a built-in battery bay for either charging tool batteries or powering the Power Box itself, an illuminated LCD display, and a remote control for cranking up the music while cranking up the saw. It’s the perfect sound system for the worksite and its toughness represents the hardcore attitude of the TORC Series’ drivers.
