LONG BEACH, Calif. – Sheldon Creed captured the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS race No. 2 at the Grand Prix of Long Beach Sunday in an amazing duel with Robby Gordon that had the thousands of fans that lined the 11 turn 1.968-mile street circuit on their feet the entire race in pure amazement how thrilling these SST races truly are.
Immediately from the start of the race this became a race for the ages, as Orange, Calif. driver Robby Gordon would jump out to an early lead on Lap-2 from his sixth starting position, as Alpine, Calif. driver Sheldon Creed would navigate through the traffic jam with perfection to place his TRAXXAS truck right on the rear bumper of Gordon from twelfth. The only two SST Champions in it’s four year history where prepared to put on a show for the capacity crowd that stuck around after the IndyCar event to witness the high-flying, tire squealing chaos we call Stadium SUPER Trucks.
Homebush, New South Wales – Sheldon Creed capitalized on the side-by-side racing of the leaders on Lap-3 to set up a pass and cruise his TRAXXAS truck to it’s tenth SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS victory of 2015 in exhibition race one of the season ending Sydney 500.

GOLD COAST, Queensland – Sheldon Creed captured Saturday’s thrilling second round of the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS (SST) at the Gold Coast 600 in Gold Coast, Queensland, beating Orange, Calif. driver Robby Gordon to the line by a truck length.
Gold Coast, Queensland – Returning to Australia for the second time in 2015, 11 identically prepared SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks presented by TRAXXAS invade Queenland’s Surfers Paradise October 23-25 for Rounds 16, 17, 18, & 19 of the year-long championship.
Similar to the previous visit to Australia in February the SSTs will race the same 15-turn 1.85-mile (2.98 km) street circuit built for their much different counterparts from the V8 SuperCars, however, unlike the SuperCars the trucks will navigate over five 30-inch-tall specially designed ramps located in prime fan-viewing locations throughout the picturesque beach front circuit. The crowd-pleasing ramps will launch the trucks and their drivers nearly 20 feet (six meters) in the air and as much as 150 feet (45 meters) down course.
COSTA MESA, California – Sheldon Creed of Alpine, Calif. picked up right where he left off the night before in the SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS series by capturing the SST Sand Sports Super Show Sunday Finale on the temporary dirt/asphalt short course at the OC Fair & Event Center.
Creed’s TRAXXAS-sponsored truck fought hard alongside Orange, California’s Robby Gordon for most of the race until Gordon made a late mistake on the final lap trying to get past Creed, which resulted in a loss of valuable track time. Creed would go on to capture the victory over Gordon’s Arctic Cat Wildcat No.7, and third place finisher Burt Jenner in his Gladiator truck.
Costa Mesa, California – SPEED Energy Stadium SUPER Trucks Presented by TRAXXAS return to the track Sept. 18-21; headlining a full weekend of racing events during the annual Sand Sports Super Show at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, Calif.
While the SST trucks will highlight all three days of racing, the newly announced Stadium Side x Side Series Powered by Arctic Cat will make their SST debut. 10 fully prepared race ready Arctic Cat Wildcat’s will allow local Arctic Cat dealers, action sports athletes and celebrities race on a challenging course displaying the rugged versatility of the Wildcat.
