CYPRESS, Calif. The sixth season of “Yamaha’s Whitetail Dairies” will air on NBC Sports Outdoors, part of the NBC Sports Group, starting Wednesday, August 15, at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The show will feature all-new compelling stories capturing the thrill of chasing North America’s most sought after game animal — the whitetail deer. Yamaha Outdoors is the title sponsor of the show, which is produced by CarecoTV.

Through guest appearances, expert commentary, product features and valuable insight from the field all wrapped around hunting adventures, Whitetail Diaries brings viewers some of the best hunting stories from across the nation. (May 9, 2012) – With only 11 days until the start of the 2012 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, season, an exclusive preview show will provide fans an insider’s perspective into who is likely to challenge for the respective 250 Class and 450 Class titles this summer. The show will premiere tonight, May 9, beginning at 11 p.m. EST on NBC Sports Network (NBCSN).

Last season, Ryan Villopoto achieved his lifelong dream of becoming a premier class champion when he captured his first 450 Class title, which became part of one of the most successful single season performances by any rider in the history of the sport. However, due to a recent season-ending injury, Villopoto will not be able to defend his crown, leaving the 450 Class trophy up for grabs.

The 2012 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series television coverage will include 62 hours of original programming along with 168 hours of guaranteed re-airings for a total of 230 hours of exposure spread across five major networks; CBS, CBS Sports, NBC Sports, SPEED and MAVTV.

According to Joyce Julius and Associates®, in 2011 the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series created over $63.4 million in value for series sponsors and an additional $48.4 million in value for team sponsors, for a total annual exposure value of $111.8 million to the series and team sponsors.

This Sunday, May 8th, at 10 A.M. Pacific (1 P.M. Eastern) don’t miss the exciting Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series on CBS Sports. The MagnaFlow Off Road Nationals Presented by General Tire will showcase intense wheel-to-wheel racing action of the Pro-2 and Pro-4 divisions from Round 3 at Speedworld in Surprise, AZ.

The Pro-4 event features fifteen 900HP fire breathing 4 wheel drive trucks punching their way through the competition. Rick Huseman leads the field consuming the most points available so far through Rounds 1 and 2. Huseman aims to keep his E3 Sparkplugs Toyota in front and the winning streak alive while Kyle LeDuc and the 3 truck Rockstar Makita Team offers great competition.

The Pro-2 division is thick with talent and its anyone’s race up for grabs. “The Man” of course to beat, is 2010 Pro-2 Champion Rob MaCcachren in the Rockstar Energy Ford. After a DQ in Round 1 and a DNF in Round 2, Rob Mac is looking for redemption and to gain some points to retain his title. Pro-2 Rookie, Brian Deegan leads the class points going into Rounds 3 but with a full field of over twenty trucks and guys like Carl Renezeder it is sure to be an exciting race.

The Speedworld short course is one of the most technical and challenging tracks in the Lucas Oil Off Road Series. Seven corners featuring tight hairpins, steep banked turns, and high speed sweepers to big air table tops and a rough & tumble mogul field, CBS Sports fans and motorsports enthusiasts alike will be treated to the best off road racing action and truck loads of carnage.

The 2010 Lucas Oil Off-Road Series wrapped up last month, but race fans dying to get some action this weekend before football starts are in luck. The Lucas Oil Challenge Cup, presented by Rockstar Energy, will air on CBS Sports Spectacular this Saturday, January 8th, at 1:00 p.m. EST. (10:00 a.m.PST). Be sure to check your local listing, as airtime may be subject to change.

The Lucas Oil Challenge Cup was covered on Off-Road.com back in December, but seeing the action on video is definitely must-see TV. This race occurred after the final round of the regular season as the finale showdown of Lucas Oil Off Road Racing for 2010.  Some of the major racers in the competition include Brian Deegan, Carl Renezeder, Rob MacCachren, Rick Huseman, Kyle LeDuc and more.
