This year marks the sixth consecutive year The Mint 400 will host the ultimate display of off-road vehicles and accessories right in the middle of downtown Las Vegas on Fremont St. East. Tens of thousands of enthusiasts flood Fremont Street on Friday to witness the unparalleled spectacle of over 350 off-road race vehicles parading among hundreds of off-road aftermarket brands and manufacturers. This historic annual gathering dates back to 1970’s, when The Mint 400 was actually started on Fremont St. in front of The Mint Hotel.

There were 350 of the world’s best off-road teams that showed up to battle each other and the brutal Mojave desert for the chance to call themselves a Mint 400 Champion.
Las Vegas, NV – A huge field of 50 Trick Trucks showed up to take on the legendary Mint 400 race in Las Vegas, Nevada, with brothers Luke and Dan McMillin ready for battle. They love to compete, ad that’s why they are following in the footsteps of their father Mark and their grandfather Corky, both icons in off-road racing. Luke is refining his #83 Trophy Truck after a great season last year. Dan is developing his brand new Racer Engineering #23. The Mint would be a good test for both drivers.
CORONA, California – Last weekend, Casey headed out to Las Vegas for the Great American Off Road Race, the Best in the Desert Mint 400. It was a family affair with Casey running with his uncle, John Currie – and the Currie family showed up strong finishing with a podium finish. They had a fast vehicle all day, but had to overcome some adversity and push hard to the finish, but with great team work and Casey’s talented driving, he was able to bring home a 3rd place in this grueling race.
Las Vegas, NV – Development work continued for the Honda Ridgeline racing team at The Mint 400 off-road race in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Mint 400 race has a rich history that dates back to 1967 when Norm Johnson had an idea to help promote the Mint Hotel in Las Vegas. The Mint 400 Off-Road Rally evolved into the Mint 400 race that ran until 1989. After the Mint Hotel was sold to Jack Binion, owner of the Horseshoe club, the race lapsed for 20 years until re-born in 2008 by the Southern Nevada Off-road Racing Enthusiasts (SNORE).
