Jeep rollerJust because you can drive your Jeep up that obstacle doesn’t mean you should.

Wipeout EJS
The images and videos from the 2017 Easter Jeep Safari are still trickling in but this is one Jeep rollover that was too good not to share. “Wipeout” lived up to its name on this one for sure.

Jeep Fails
You can be sure when thousands of off-roaders get together to tackle some of the harshest terrain in America, carnage will ensue.  Check out these three epic Jeep fails from Moab to see what we’re talking about.

Wrangler Rollover
It’s obvious from this video that the ground is pretty wet, so it’s no surprise that this Jeep Wrangler lost traction while climbing up this hill. Where the driver messed up is turning the steering wheel while sliding backwards. File this one under “what not to do.”

Nice Save
Most of the time, when a Jeep driver feels the vehicle going over, there is rarely enough time to shift gears and save the crash.  This guy narrowly avoided a rollover thanks to his incredibly fast reflexes.

Roll Cage Hand Hold
It should go without saying that you never, and we mean NEVER, use the roll cage as a hand hold. But time and time again we see people reaching up and grabbing onto that bar as an extra hand hold. The passenger in his Wrangler is extremely lucky that he didn’t suffer a serious injury during this Jeep rollover. This is what not to do!

Rolling a Jeep
We’ll never knock someone for trying something, but you’ve also got to know the limits of your equipment.  If rolling a Jeep were an Olympic sport, this guy would be a gold medalist for sure.

Safety Line
We get it.  Taking the time to secure a safety line can be a nuisance, and more often than not they get in the way. However, tying off to another vehicle or one of the many trees in the area very likely would have saved this guy from a huge tumble down this hillside. Please excuse the language, as you can imagine, the people standing by were a little shocked.

Roll Cage Testing
Auto manufacturers attempt to simulate “real life” situations all the time in order to see how well their vehicles hold up in certain scenarios. When it comes to off-roading, there’s really no sacrifice for real-time experience. If any manufacturers are looking for a roll cage durability specialist, we hear this guy has some availability.

Check your shorts
This guy had better thank his lucky stars and get a clean pair of underwear. Any Jeep rollover is a bad thing, but rolling end over end is particularly dangerous. We’re glad they made it out ok. Probably not as glad as they are though!
