flat fender jeeps
Easter Jeep Safari is well known as the place for enthusiasts and manufacturers to show off the latest and greatest parts and technology the industry has to offer.  While everything shiny and new might get the majority of attention, there is a devout crew of “old timers” who appreciate the classics. Case in point: here are five awesome Flat Fender Jeeps spotted at this year’s Easter Jeep Safari.

Toward the end of the week at Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah, some Jeepers take a break from the trail for a few hours to check out the newest gadgets and gear at the Spanish Trail Arena. Aftermarket vendors show off their latest and greatest, and we cruised the floor to check out the show and put together a collection of new products from this year’s EJS.

The all-new 2017 Jeep Compass isn’t exactly a hard-core off-roader. That said, the crossover Compass, at least in Trailhawk form, is a Trail Rated Jeep that can tackle some beginning to moderate trails – and that’s a lot more than pretty much any other crossover on the market can say.

The Jeep Switchback is an interesting blend of currently available parts, potential Mopar offerings, and maybe a few things we’ll see on the Wrangler JL down the road.

Popular Trails

Jeep Fails
You can be sure when thousands of off-roaders get together to tackle some of the harshest terrain in America, carnage will ensue.  Check out these three epic Jeep fails from Moab to see what we’re talking about.

Jeep Launch
You typically see a little bit of everything at Easter Jeep Safari.  The good, the bad the ugly… and even the just plain crazy. Like this Wrangler owner who launched their Jeep up an obstacle!

This new Jeep is hailed as the quickest, most powerful SUV ever.

It’s not everyday you get to hop in the passenger seat of a living legend’s Jeep, but that’s what happened when I grabbed a ride in Off-Road Hall of Fame member Curt LeDuc’s Skyjacker JK today at the Bestop trail run at Area BFE. It was a very full house today at Area BFE, as multiple trail runs were scheduled for the off-road park just outside Moab. Luckily for us, Bestop invited us to join their run and we were the first on the trail.
