Ultra4-National-Championship-Off-Road-9-19-13There are 48 teams that have committed to race this weekend at the Nitto Tire National Championship at its new location. Stock and Mod teams will race at 8 a.m. and ULTRA4s will go off the line at noon. Below are all the details for those planning on attending this weekend’s event.

Directions:  The ranch is 8 miles down a dirt road. The road has been recently graded, but still requires you to go slow and take your time. Please be sure to download directions before leaving.

Schedule of Events:  Currie Enterprises is sponsoring a Driver’s Dinner on site for Drivers and Co-Drivers. Tickets for additional dinners will be available at $10 a piece from the on site food vendor.  We are also doing a pre-registration at the Arrowhead Bar & Grill on Thursday night. The bar and grill is located right before the turn off to the ranch and is a great last stop for food and drink for those heading to the ranch Thursday night.

THUMB-Tables-Moab-Diner-3-27-13Earlier in the month, we posted a news item about the BlueRibbon Coalition working to raise funds through the sale of an Easter Jeep Safari-themed t-shirt that would be sold in the Moad Diner. The shirt, designed by RCH Designs, would generate money to help keep trails open to four-wheeling in Moab, Utah.

We at Off-Road.com try to stop in at least once to the Moab Diner for some of their famous green chili, and we were pleasantly surprised to see some off-road-themed tables throughout the joint during the 47th Easter Jeep Safari.

GEORGETOWN, CA – The 60th Jeepers Jamboree Jeep will be given away this Saturday night along with thousands of dollars in raffle prizes.  The 60th Annual Jeepers Jamboree will take place on the historic Rubicon Springs Trail July 26 – 30, 2012, the longest running event of this kind marks it as a historic accomplishment in Jeeping History.

There are many special features for this years trip including Movies on the Grass, Historical hikes and talks, Diamond in the Rough wine tasting supporting the Rubicon Trail Foundation, 60th Anniversary feature Jeep Giveaway & Raffle, the largest Vendor Show to date and a Flatfender Show’N’Shine awarding a People’s Choice Plaque.

With King of the Hammers coming up next week, plenty of planned activities are coming up during the event. Here’s one we came across from King Shocks to benefit Fast-Aid.

King Shocks will be holding a raffle at 8:00pm in the Griffin lounge at the 2011 King of the Hammers Race. The proceeds of the raffle will be going to Fast-Aid, an organization that helps injured racers and their families and holds basic first aid training for teams and individuals. Many of us in the offroad community spend long hours in remote areas. Having a team member who can administer basic first aid and CPR should tragedy strike could make the difference between life or death. This raffle would not be possible without the hard work done by Fast-Aid and the generous support from the following companies in the offroad community who have donated so far.

King Shocks, Spidertrax, Currie Enterprises, Traxxas, TrailReady, PCI Race Radios, Mikes Race Photo.com, Off-Road Evolution, Rough Stuff Specialties, PSC steering, B.F. Goodrich, Goodyear, 4Wheel Drive Toyota OwnersMagazine, Funco Motorsports, 4Wheel Parts Wholesalers, Kartek, Dyno Max, HCR Racing,  Total Chaos, KC Hilites, Trail Gear, Magnaflow Performance Exhaust.
