SOUTH JORDAN, UT: In 1994, at the age of 22, Clay Egan was in a motorcycle accident that paralyzed him from his chest down, but since he has made more strides in life than most people do in their existence. His positive attitude radiates through rooms of 50 to auditoriums of thousands. His story of hope and overcoming obstacles through goal setting and pushing the limits while becoming a professional athlete in the off-road and rock crawling arena will spark positive thoughts in all attendees. “I have always pushed the limits! I don’t ever sit down and give up, I continue to push the limits of what others may expect of me, but not of myself, I have goals you see…” said Clay Egan in a recent speaking engagement. Clay Egan earned the “Worlds Most Inspirational Rockstar” by competing as a Professional Rock Crawler in UROC and WE Rock and has been the only quadriplegic to race in the 2009 Griffin King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, CA. He is also a very successful wheelchair athlete and extreme sportsman who enjoys hunting and fishing.
