January 9, 2015, Auburn Hills, Mich. – When doors open at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) 2015 in Detroit, a trio of customized vehicles will showcase how Mopar is ready to help owners personalize their rides. Two of the vehicles are Mopar-equipped Jeep Renegades vehicles and the other is a Dodge Challenger T/A Concept, which will be on display from January 12–25 at the Cobo Center in Detroit.
Jeep was the Presenting Sponsor and exclusive automotive partner of the Rolling Stones’ “14 On Fire” European Tour that ran from 26 May to 2 July this year. Aside from displaying the most-awarded SUV ever in the Grand Cherokee, Jeep also used the opportunity to preview the all-new Renegade.
Although it was introduced this morning to the general automotive media thousands of miles away at the New York Auto Show, Jeep also unveiled its new 2015 Renegade model to the group off hard-core Jeep enthusiasts in attendance at the Easter Jeep Safari today in Moab, Utah. Unveiling the Trailhawk version of the new SUV at EJS, Jeep believes the Renegade will be a great seller in the small sport-utility market, but it remains focused on retaining the off-road roots for which the brand is known.
