—Held amidst the festive atmosphere of the popular Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo at the expansive SCORE Baja 1000 exhibit, official early entries from 25 U.S. States and 12 countries were included the drawing for start positions in various classes for the upcoming 47th Anniversary of the legendary Tecate SCORE Baja 1000 desert race.

For this year’s granddaddy of all desert races, which will be held Nov. 11-15, Saturday’s drawing for the mammoth finale of the 2014 SCORE World Desert Championship was held in the unique SCORE Baja 1000 exhibit at this weekend’s Lucas Oil Off-Road Expo at the Fairplex in Pomona, Calif.
