Ford has announced that all EcoBoost-powered F-150 models will now come with stop-start technology. Ford says the change will be added to help conserve fuel. The turbocharged 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 features stop-start as a standard feature, but now F-150 trucks with the 3.5-liter EcoBoost will also feature stop-start, and this also includes the high-output version of the engine that will be featured in the 2017 Raptor.

Today, at the North American International Auto Show from Detroit, Ford introduced the all-new F-150 Raptor SuperCrew. The new Raptor SuperCrew features four full-size doors for added space and legroom for passengers in the backseat. The SuperCrew’s 145-inch wheelbase is 12 inches longer than the standard Raptor SuperCab 133-inch wheelbase.

Wily spy photographers have struck again, this time capturing a 2018 Ford Expedition being tested.

It appears that the test model is equipped with a Ford F-150 front end and cab. We suspect it will have some unique styling by the time it is ready for dealer showrooms. The F-150 front end was likely chosen because the body panels on the new Expedition will be made of aluminum, which will help it lose some weight.
