BREA, Calif. – American Suzuki is pleased to introduce the full line of 2013 KingQuad utility ATV models including an all-new True Timber XD3 Camo option and new 30th anniversary KingQuad models made to commemorate 30 years of Suzuki ATVs being “First on 4-Wheels.”

In 1983, Suzuki revolutionized off-roading by introducing the first four-wheeled ATV, the QuadRunner LT125. Since then, Suzuki has continued to be a leader in developing class-leading ATVs that boast advanced Suzuki technology, convenient utility features and unrivaled performance. To celebrate the 30th anniversary of this breakthrough in ATV technology, Suzuki is introducing special edition KingQuad 750AXi Power Steering and KingQuad 500AXi Power Steering models featuring commemorative 30th Anniversary badges and Metallic Matte Royal Red bodywork.

The QuadRacer Z400 is a race-inspired sport ATV engineered for high-performance off-road four-wheeling. It features a powerful 398cc 4-stroke, liquid-cooled engine with Suzuki fuel injection for impressive acceleration with tractable power across a range of RPM. Other class-leading features on the Quadsport Z400 include electric start and reverse gear for rider convenience on the trail.

UNION, SC – Rockstar Makita Suzuki’s Chris Borich got back to his winning ways and piloted his Suzuki QuadRacer R450 to the top step of the podium on Saturday at the Big Buck ATV GNCC, round four of the 2011 ATV Grand National Cross Series, in Union, SC.

Borich looked strong from the start at the Big Buck, moving his Suzuki into second place on lap two and then taking the lead from round three winner Adam McGill on lap three. From there, the Rockstar Makita Suzuki two-time series champ put the hammer down on the rough and dirty course, leaving the competition in the dust to claim his third win of the series.

“I was kind of bummed two weeks ago,” said Borich. “We rode our hearts out at the last race and pretty much had it won and then we had a problem on the last lap near the finish – so it was good to get this win today.”

“My Rockstar Makita Suzuki QuadRacer ran great today and I was able to pull away when I needed to,” added Borich. “McGill and I had a good battle going, so it was good to get the win. Coming up, we have Loretta Lynn’s and that’s always a good race for me.”

BREA, Calif.February 25, 2011 –Suzuki Manufacturing of America Corporation (SMAC) celebrated its 10-Year Anniversary on February 25, 2011.  The plant was built in the United States in 2001 to demonstrate Suzuki’s commitment to the all terrain vehicle (ATV) business.

Initially the plant built the all-new 400cc Eiger and 500cc Vinson ATVs.  Currently, SMAC assembles the award winning KINGQUAD line of ATVs for the North American and global markets.
