“The Longest Off-Road Race in the United States” is on track for its scheduled running in mid-August, as the Best in the Desert Vegas to Reno race returns. Contrary to some misinformation you may have read or heard, the Vegas to Reno great race and tradition will be held as originally planned. Our awesome, 20th Anniversary, two-day staged event will go on as scheduled August 17th to 20th, 2016!
Best In The Desert maintains a great working and sound relationship with all Nevada districts of the Bureau of Land Management. We have always strived to meet their guidelines and regulations governing the annual Vegas to Reno event. As you read this, we are moving forward with the required Environmental Assessment and vigorously securing all of the necessary permits.
Mark down the dates on your calendar in ink, and start getting ready for this spectacular adventure of a lifetime. This two-day event is what racers and fans have asked for. As we have for the past 20 years, Best In The Desert will deliver and you won’t be disappointed!
