Charlene Bower of Bower Media and off-road racer and TV celebrity Jessi Combs will be hosting a Ladies Night get-together on Tuesday this week at Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah. The “Meet and Greet” will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the BFGoodrich Tires truck at Grand Tires Pro on Main Street.
Bower noted today in the press release that the vent will be casual. Appetizers will be provided but “BYOB” when it comes to drinks. The evening will feature a raffle, giveaways and a special announcement toward the end of the event at 6 p.m. Bowe also noted that for ladies who are unable to attend she will be making the announcement available on Bower Media social media channels immediately following the event.
“I have been wanting to do a Ladies event for years in Moab, and consequently so has Jessi,” said Charlene Bower, Owner of Bower Media. “The stars, and our schedules, aligned for both of us to host one together this year. We both think this is an excellent way for the ladies of the off-road community to get together and enjoy each others company. It’s important that girls have a strong support system in the off-road community, and this will provide a perfect opportunity for ladies to meet and form new friendships. I will also have a huge announcement as the evening winds down – it is a pretty awesome opportunity that we have been working on!”
Jessi Combs, an advocate and role model for women in off-roading, added that it is important to her that other ladies know they have a place in world of off-road.
“When it comes to male-oriented industries and sports, like off-roading, we want to make sure that ladies know that there is a spot for them in the drivers seat, not just in the passenger seat,” said Jessi Combs. “This will be a perfect environment to meet some new ladies, converse with the pros and swap stories and opportunities for upcoming events.”
The Ladies event will be this Tuesday, March 22, at the BFGoodrich Tires Semi Truck at Grand Tire Pros (312 N Main St, Moab, UT).
