In celebration of the 75th birthday of the world’s original Jeep, the Bantam Jeep, Pennzoil is co-sponsoring the Jeep Parade/Invasion, where a Guinness World Record will be attempted for the longest Jeep parade. Pennzoil is also co-sponsoring the Mystery Road Rally adventure and will be onsite at the Festival treating registered attendees to the ‘Make the Switch Oil Giveaway.’

This year, the parade is aiming to break the Guinness World Record of 1,846 participants for the largest parade of Jeeps, returning the record to Butler where it was previously held from 2011 through April 2015. On Friday, June 12, it is anticipated that over 2,500 Jeeps will participate in the three-mile parade, concluding with the Jeep Invasion street party, where 1,200 Jeeps will park on Main Street, Butler. The parade – co-sponsored by Pennzoil – is expected to bring in more than 20,000 spectators to stroll down Main Street, witnessing Jeeps of all models and years.

“Adding to the adventure of the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival in 2015, Pennzoil is giving attendees the opportunity to participate in the unique Mystery Road Rally off-site excursion,” added Kooyman.

The Mystery Road Rally, made possible by Pennzoil, sends Jeeps on an adventurous scavenger hunt where Jeep owners will follow directions and answer questions along several different routes throughout beautiful Butler County.
