DynoMax products have powered several King of the Hammers champions across the finish line. The 2015 DynoMax ULTRA4 race team includes “Kings” Shannon Campbell, Loren Healy, Jason Scherer and Erik Miller, as well as several other highly acclaimed racers including Levi Shirley, Bill Baird and more.

“We’ve seen such a great response through our involvement in the ULTRA4 race series over the last few years, and its signature race, King of the Hammers,” said Chris Gauss, director, performance products, Tenneco. “The 2015 DynoMax ULTRA4 race team truly speaks to the DynoMax brand – from champions to driven weekend racers – as we gain valuable knowledge testing our products in such an extreme racing environment with teams at all levels.”

The DynoMax contingency program at KOH race week will include a $3,500 payout to the KOH ULTRA4 “King,” $750 payout to the Smittybilt Everyman Challenge modified class winner, and $750 Smittybilt Everyman Challenge stock class winner. To qualify for the payouts in the contingency program, competitors must run a DynoMax exhaust system, mufflers and/or components and a DynoMax decal. Teams must register prior to the race. Please contact Matt Gannan at matt@rchdesigns.com for additional details or to join the 2015 KOH contingency competition.

King of the Hammers is one of the toughest, one-day off-road races in the world. This unique racing format combines high-speed desert racing, requiring top-quality vehicle components, and slower, highly technical rock crawling, requiring a high degree of skill. This year’s race is an unprecedented 215 miles through Johnson Valley, Calif., and the events begin Jan. 30, 2015.
