Chino Valley, AZ – OR-Fab’s new HDX Swing-A-Way Tire Carrier rear bumper offers Jeep JK Wrangler owners added convenience and improved styling from a bumper designed to withstand hard trail abuse. Manufactured from 3/16-inch thick steel plate, the bumper is easy to install using heavy-duty hardware and 1/2-inch thick steel plate frame mounts provided in the kit. OR-Fab also added welded D-ring mounts and included two D-rings.

OR-Fab HDX Swing-A-Way Spare Tire Carrier BumperThe HDX Swing-A-Way Tire Carrier bumper (PN 83269) has an angled design to easily slide off rocks, and extends under the Jeep’s quarter panels to provide added protection. The tire carrier can hold up to a 37-inch diameter tire and swings open and closed with the Jeep’s tailgate, allowing for easy one-handed operation. The heavy-duty pivot assembly is made up of a CNC machined spindle and Timken tapered roller bearings to provide smooth and rattle-free operation. The tire mount is also adjustable, and the assembly comes with a high-output LED third brake light.
