Costa Mesa, CA
– Greene Motorsport has put forth substantial time and effort in anticipation of the first Best in the Desert series, (BITD) race of 2014. They are tackling their first season racing in BITD’s Trick Truck class like they do everything else.  They are relying on top notch equipment, proper training and meticulous preparation.  The team has spent the last year building, testing and honing their skills. Leaving no stone unturned, they will be using rally style navigation to give driver of record Ryan Greene constant information about the course ahead.

To help in adopting this style of driving the team has brought in the Millen brothers; Rhys and Ryan to help accomplish their goals. When it comes to driving just about anything that moves, the Millen Brothers have a depth of knowledge that is unrivaled. “We took detailed notes during the Parker prerun and have developed a rally book from the information”, says Rob Greene, “We are excited to bring people of the magnitude of Rhys and Ryan into the Greene Motorsport team. We talked to several drivers and we really hit it off well with the Millens.” Rhys will be the perfect driving mentor for Ryan Greene, there isn’t anything he can’t do behind the wheel. Ryan Millen is an accomplished driver on his own, but instead, will be helping the team with his navigation skills.

The Best in the Desert BlueWater Parker 425 will be a big test for the Greene Motorsport team; it is one of the tougher races in the BITD series. Every Trick Truck team in the field will be out to get a head start on their competition in 2014; the pace will be fast despite the brutally tough Parker course. Greene Motorsport will be at the top of the list when it comes to preparation and planning; they are anxious to put their plans in motion. “Our goal is to finish well and continue to learn,” says Rob Greene, “Then build on our successes.”  Racing is filled with unknowns but one thing is certain, Greene Motorsport will be ready to take on the challenge.
