Monster-Energy-Supercross-Fantasy-Game-12-11-13PAYSON, UT – Monster Energy Supercross and Rocky Mountain ATV/MC have announced a fantasy supercross challenge for the 2014 season, hosted by Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. This will provide an unparalleled competition to enhance the Monster Energy Supercross experience for fans.

Supercross has been an organized sport for over 40 years. Fantasy sports have boomed in popularity during the past two decades (over 35 million participants in the United States and Canada), and Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is proud to introduce RMFantasySX, complete with an easy-to-use interface and extensive prize packages.

“Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is excited to make a high-quality fantasy challenge available for fans of Monster Energy Supercross. It is sure to be an engaging way to follow the upcoming season. This demonstrates that Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is not only a leading provider of riding gear and dirt bike parts, but also an avid supporter of the racing community,” said Dan Thomas, CEO of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC.

Designed in a way that appeals to both the hardcore followers and casual fans, Rocky Mountain ATV/MC’s fantasy challenge for Monster Energy Supercross will provide an exciting method to compare race predictions with friends as well as compete for top prizes among all participants.

Prizes will be awarded to winners on a weekly basis for the best predictions for each race, and grand prizes will be awarded in May to the winners who made the best overall predictions for the duration of the season. There are plenty of great prizes, including a 2014 Kawasaki KX™450F or KX™250F, custom built and race prepped by Pro Circuit to your specifications, complete with airfare and hotel. And that’s just the beginning. Many more prizes are available from Thor, Alpinestars, Monster Energy, Motion Pro, DC, Dunlop, GoPro and others.

RMFantasySX is open for registration at no cost to participants. The fantasy challenge is hosted at www.RMFantasySX.com. The site will fully launch December 29, and participants may begin making their predictions for the first Monster Energy Supercross event at that time. All predictions for that event must be made by 10:00pm EST on January 4, 2014, the date of the first race. Participants who miss a deadline for any particular race will still be able to make predictions for subsequent races, and they will still be eligible for prizes awarded from the results of those events. Only a participant’s top 15 picks will be counted, so a bad round won’t have a negative effect.

Persons interested in participating in RMFantasySX may currently register and will be notified when the full site launches December 29.
