Fouch-Lucas-Oil-Off-Road-7-25-13San Diego, CA – Noah Fouch is aiming for the stars in the next Lucas Oil Off Road Racing event at Glen Helen International Raceway. Rounds 9 & 10 will mark the start of the second half of the 2013 season. The ProLite division is stacked with talent and the top dogs have all marked their territory by collecting points and earning top ranking for a championship.

Noah Fouch is aiming his #52 Ford ProLite Truck for the stars and will be racing to claim the top finishes at this critical juncture in the season. Noah is a level-headed high school senior and he believes to know exactly how to achieve the best results. “Right now, I am just outside the top 5 and my heaviest competition is in the way. Our goal all along has come down to finishing consistently and ending each race with some solid points. I have proven that I can run in the top five every time I’m on the track. It is time to step it up and aim for the podium. My team is super focused and the truck is dialed running the best it has ever been. I think we will have the extra edge needed to chase down the leaders and break the top three. At this point in the season, my mind is set on winning and for me and my team that is worth the extra risk.  I’m going to keep my eyes on the big prize and I plan to be in the top three at the end of the weekend.”

Noah has demonstrated that he has what it takes to be a professional off road racer. By showing speed and consistency all season long, Fouch is considered a notable challenger in the class and is coming off of Round 8 with a 5th place finish from Miller Motorsports Park. “Racing in Utah is awesome. The facility is one of the finest of its kind in North America and features a bunch of awesome race tracks that provide great action. The crowds are super excited too! I am glad that I can represent great sponsors like BFGoodrich Tires, GoPro Cameras, Ironclad Gloves, and Royal Purple Synthetic Lubricants to share their message with the fans of short course off road racing.”

Rounds 9 & 10 at Glen Helen presents an evening schedule and the Lucas Oil Off Road Series is known for attracting big crowds to the hot summer racing action under the lights.

The drivers also consider the night time events a favorite of the season. “The whole format is just different and adds a lot of excitement & anticipation for anyone that is racing. We have many extra hours before the main events so that builds up a lot of pressure. I am able to deal with it good enough and just keep focused so that I can get up to where I need to be at the end of the race. Anything can happen in the final laps. If I can always put myself in the battle at the front of the pack, I’d be in a good position to get my first win and definitely score a few more podiums.”
