SAN DIEGO—Two-time reigning SCORE Overall motorcycle point champion Colton Udall and 19-time SCORE Original Buggy Chassis Builder of the Year Mike Julson will both be featured guests Tuesday at 6 p.m. during the new Roger Norman’s Dirt Live weekly desert racing internet broadcast on www.score-international.com.

The one-hour weekly Roger Norman’s Dirt Live show is broadcast live on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Pacific Time.  The show content is centered around his two desert racing series, the SCORE Desert Series and the High Desert Racing Association as well as the new bonus points program he has developed called the World Championship of Desert Racing. Broadcast studios are located at the Norman Motorsports race shop in San Diego.

Udall, San Clemente, Calif., races for Johnny Campbell’s powerful factory-supported JCR Honda Race team, which is also based in that Southern California city. Udall, with help from co-riders David Kamo and Tim Weigand, has now won the SCORE Overall season motorcycle point championship the last two years.  Udall and his co-riders came from behind to win the 2012 SCORE Desert Series championship by ending the season with a brilliant victory in the season-ending Tecate SCORE Baja 1000.

Julson, owner of prominent Jimco Racing in Santee, Calif., is a SCORE regular co-driver in both SCORE Trophy Truck and the unlimited Class 1, saw his Jimco open-wheel desert race cars win the 2012 SCORE Original Buggy Chassis Manufacturer point championship for the 19th time and 18th straight.

NORMAN KNOWS…
Norman, 49, who acquired ownership of the world’s foremost desert racing organization Dec. 20, 2012 from Sal Fish, 73, the iconic godfather of desert racing who ran SCORE for 39 years, is a show regular with his ‘Pit Stop with Roger’ segment, and special guests on the pilot show on Jan. 9 which ran two and one-half hours, included Las Vegas’ three-time SCORE Trophy Truck season point champion B.J. Baldwin, who drives the No. 1 Baldwin Motorsports Chevy Silverado and Las Vegas mechanic/racer T.J. Flores. With Norman on the premier show on Jan. 15 was Mexico’s popular father/son racing team of Gus Vildosola and Gus Vildosola Jr, who split the driving in the No. 21 Red Bull Vildosola Racing Ford F-150 SCORE Trophy Truck. The Vildosolas, of Mexicali, Mexico, are the most prominent desert racing team in all of Mexico.

As a hotel/casino owner in northern Nevada, business developer and a champion racer himself, Norman resurrected the High Desert Racing Association, (HDRA) in 2011. HDRA was highly regarded when it was active in the 1980s and early 1990s.

DIRT LIVE CREW
Desert racing public address announcer George Antill is the host of Norman’s Dirt Live program. While being refined weekly, one of the regular elements of the show will be a SCORE social media interchange, allowing fans and racers to comment and ask questions through the SCORE Facebook and SCORE Twitter platforms.

Andrew Grimshaw, SCORE Media Production Manager, is the coordinating producer of the show in association with Joe Lloyd’s SCORE Media House. The program is hosted on ustream.com, the world’s largest streaming internet site.

ON THE BAJA HORIZON
In its 40th year as the world’s foremost desert racing organization in 2013, the three-race 2013 SCORE Desert Series, with all three massive special events held in Baja California, Mexico, will start with the 27th Annual MasterCraft Safety Tecate SCORE San Felipe 250, to be held March 8-10 in San Felipe.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP OF DESERT RACING
