1943 Ford GPW
This 1943 GPW was built by Ford based on a Willys design. Owned by Peterson’s 4-Wheel & Off-Road Editor Rick Pewe, he originally restroed the vehicle for his father, and the two went on a few off-road adventures together in the rig once he restored it. Pewe later took it to Alaska, Arizona and then to the 50^th Jeepers Jamboree in 2002. According to Pewe, it only has about 36,000 miles on it.
