PHOENIX, AZ, Dec. 22, 2011 – After a very successful 2011 season, including a 2nd overall at the Baja 1000 and 3rd overall at the Baja 500, the Flying Dutchmen Racing Team is poised to claim the SCORE Championship and an overall win in 2012.

“We continue to learn and improve each and every time we race,” Nick Vanderwey said, “We’ve got a great team and a great truck,” he added. “We are looking forward to 2012, it’s going to be our best season ever.”

The Dutchmen will be participating in the 18th SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge, Laughlin, NV, Jan. 13-15, 2012, 26th MasterCraft Safety Tecate SCORE San Felipe 250, San Felipe, Baja, Mexico, Mar. 9-11, 2012, 44th Tecate SCORE Baja 500, Ensenada, Baja, Mexico, June 1-3, 2012, 45th Tecate SCORE Baja 1000, Ensenada to La Paz, Mexico, Nov. 14-17, 2012.
