Rialto, California – The dawn of the 2011 Lucas Oil Off-Road Racing Series rises on the Phoenix, Arizona desert this weekend as Chad George spearheads his FUNCO Team into the season opener at Firebird Raceway.
Chad will seek the SuperLite championship in his new #42 Kawasaki Motor Corp. race truck and he will defend his UTV Modified title in his Monster Energy Kawasaki Teryx. 2010 was a strong SuperLite season with a solid second place finish, but Chad stands to top the podium for 2011.
Chad commented on this weekends launch, “I’m going crazy, the off-season has been way too long! I’m ready to take my Kawasaki SuperLite truck to the front, I want that championship! With Kawasaki Motor Corp. and Yokohama tires backing our SuperLite race truck, plus Monster Energy Kawasaki backing the Teryx UTV’s, I have my best opportunity to win dual 2011 LOORRS championships.”
